August 24, 2010 - As Go Men, So Go the Churches and the Culture: Founding Pastor of the Journey Church in St. Louis and author of the book Church Planter, Darrin Patrick gives us a sobering account in this video of what happens when men go missing in the church and older men fail to reach out and connect with the younger generation of men. Patrick also writes in his book, "...we have a couple of generations of males who were not raised by men and the result is a prolonged male adolescence. In a culture where the influence of godly men is desperately needed, this void results in a legitimate cultural crisis". VIDEO CLIP
